The Growth and Distribution Team is looking for a thoughtful, organized, and driven program manager to join us! We are at the heart of volume growth for Microsoft's web experiences: Scaling web capabilities across the Microsoft ecosystem and growing the reach of WebXT.

This role requires a passion for delivering highly relevant results to our customers, the ability to traverse a range of teams and technologies to deliver awesome user experiences and a strong product business sense. We work on the cutting edge of search and feed experiences, as well as A/B experimentation to evolve and innovate our products and product growth. Some of the features we drive include the built-in search experiences within Windows and the Edge browser and integrations in other products across the Microsoft ecosystem and WebXT growth features. We are looking for a driven program manager with a passion for growing customers, optimizing experiences, deep technical expertise, great user empathy, and strong business instincts. An ideal candidate would have: -

• Relentless drive to deliver high quality and relevant search experiences for customers as well as a passion for identifying unmet customer needs and pain points
• Love for data: Creative, analytical and critical thinking abilities; experience in statistical analysis is a plus -
• The ability to take a complex and ambiguous problem and build concrete and compelling solutions. -
• Ability to draw product insights from data and drive innovation based on those data-driven learnings. -
• Strong interest in hypothesis driven product development including testing and A/B experimentation -
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a can-do attitude and ability for driving business growth strategy -
• Leader and Collaborator: Ability to work effectively and align with a number of partners and customers. -
