Job Summary/Overview: The SR Manager, Digital Merchandising and
Content Strategy will define, align, qualify and execute
next-generation Consumer Experience innovation across Product
Detail Pages (PDPs), Brand Store AKA, e-commerce Shop in Shop
(eSIS), Category Pages and Search Shelf for the Amazon CE/IM
business. Develop NEW best practices & share learnings across lines
of business (LOBs), influencing to drive step change improvements
in Trade In (conversion), Trade Up (ASP), Trade Across (x-cat
attach), organic share of shelf and organic quality traffic.
Position will initially be remote but will eventually transition to
a hybrid structure (Remote 2 days per week, Onsite 3 days per
week), based out of the Bellevue, WA office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Define, align, qualify and execute Never Been Done Before
strategies with supporting tactics that redefine best in class
industry standards for PDPs, eSIS, Category pages and Search Shelf.
Partner with Amazon marketing & retail team to pioneer new shopping
experiences that maximize awareness, consideration and
- Create a template for summaries of learnings, measures and
recommended actions. Document these learnings a way that can be
easily shared with cross-functional partners across lines of
business. Proactively share these learnings on a regular cadence
across lines of business.
- Partner with Amazon Brand Registry & the Amazon Priority
Catalog teams to create NEW ways to proactively protect our brand,
remove suspected infringements, report unauthorized 3rd party
violations and effectively gain organic share of shelf.
- 3-year vision and roadmap to drive step change in shopper
experience across for PDPs, eSIS, Category pages and Search
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor degree required
- 7-10 years' experience in digital marketing or content
- Thorough understanding of Amazon's content marketing
- Digitally savvy with experience developing digital
- Prior experience managing and developing content and working
with content agencies is preferred.
- Prior experience in a consumer electronics environment
- Experience partnering with national retailers.
- Innovator Mindset: Ability to create a vision, define new ways
of thinking, create new roadmaps and concepts, navigate ambiguity,
define and execute test/learn scenarios and influence leadership to
invest behind new ideas.
- Persuasive with strong cross-functional collaboration skills,
and the demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity and

prepare written plans and schedules, identify objectives,
coordinate and direct project teams, and manage budgets.
- High-level of confidence, integrity, enthusiasm, executive
