Job Title: VP, Platform
Job Summary: Establishes and directs the strategic planning and
execution of the organization's technology platform.
FLSA Classification (US Only): Exempt
People Manager: Yes
What you'll do
- Oversee our Technology Platform team encompassing DevOps, TPMO,
& Quality.
- Partner with stakeholders within the Technology Organization
and across TPCi to understand priorities and enable the team to
design, develop, and manage a scalable and reliable platform plus
the people and processes to adopt it successfully.
- Collaborate with architects, product teams, partners, and
stakeholders to drive implementation of robust platform
capabilities and experiences.
- Dive deep on and challenge proposed technical solutions to find
the right balance between product, business and engineering
objectives, short-term and long-term, ensuring quality and
reliability.
- Clearly convey technical details to senior business
stakeholders to enable them to find the ideal mix of product,
quality, and time to market.
- Champion continuous improvement practices across the Technology
Organization.
What you'll bring
- Fifteen+ (15+) years of relevant professional experience, plus
seven+ (7+) years of management experience.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, both as a leader of teams
and as a leader of projects - dynamic, strategic and
resourceful.
- A proven passion for building, leading and growing high
performing teams in the development and rapid delivery of
next-generation digital platform and products.
- A servant leader that has a history of creating a safe space
and inclusive environment fostering diverse views and approaches
from the team, coaching and mentoring them to thrive in a dynamic
workplace.
- A history of embracing and incubating emerging
technology.
- Ability to collaborate with various partners in the tech and
startup ecosystems
