Job Description:
Cirkled In IncAs a fast-growing technology start-up, we are
seeking a high-energy and driven Inside Sales Account Manager to
sell the Cirkled In offering to colleges, and universities. This
person should have a hunter mentality with a desire to succeed. As
an early team member, you will have the opportunity to shape the
sales strategy of the company and grow quickly within the
company.Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 (OTE) - 50% will be base,
50% will be commissionResponsibilitiesPrimary
Responsibilities:Increase Cirkled In's revenue by meeting Sales
targetsDevelop a healthy sales pipeline by prospecting into
colleges and universities using a combination of email, phone
calls, live demos, and other sales channelsMake high volume calls
daily, and rapidly follow up on leadsThis role is based in
Bellevue, WA but open to remote for hard-working candidates.Salary:
We offer a competitive OTE (On Target Earnings) comprising of base
salary + commissions (not capped). Base and commission, each is 50%
of OTE.Salary range here provided is OTE salary and will be
determined based on the experience.This role has high promotion
potential. As of now, we do not have benefits to offer but hope to
add them soon.QualificationsWe are looking for a great set of
skills, but most importantly a winning personality with the
willingness to learn as we build a positive work culture. You'll be
a great fit for this role if you have:3+ years prior tech sales
experience preferred, including cold calling, and emailing to
prospects in volume.Ability to build rapport with clientsStrong
interpersonal, presentation, verbal, and written communication
skillsThe desire to work in a fast-paced, highly energetic work
environmentThe ability to be successful working independently and
navigating ambiguity (prior startup experience is a plus)A
collaborative spirit and a growth mindsetCompensation$90,000 -
