education, youth and elders. SummaryThe Director of Culture &
Engagement is responsible for driving thought leadership, strategic
direction, and implementation of enterprise-wide culture and
engagement plans and activities. Essential FunctionsReasonable

enterprise-wide culture strategies with core and consistent
elements that drive towards delivering on the strategy yet are
tailored and impactful for different areas and audiences across the
business. Take a systemic view of culture transformation that
extends beyond the core 'people' systems to ensure cultural changes
is embedded across all levers, this includes operating models,
organizational design, governance and decision frameworks,
strategic planning, investment and capital allocations and change &
communications frameworks. Current and future state culture review
and assessment, identification of strengths and gaps and drivers to
develop the culture both from an external best practice perspective
and within HCI's unique context. Influence, educate and manage key
stakeholders including any Committees, Sub- Committees, the
Executive Team and senior leadership teams across the business.
Develop strategies and initiatives that enable all employees to
engage and align to the strategy and help articulate and develop
new ways of working that are required to deliver the organizations
goals. Develop an approach and strategy to employee engagement
which includes the annual engagement Survey encompassing full
implementation, stakeholder plans and management, communication
initiatives, leader/team capability development and ongoing
monitoring of engagement and focused actions in response to
engagement experiences and feedback. Build the capability of the HR
team to lead transformational cultural change in their functional
role by coaching and facilitating business leaders. Lead the
continued development of a Gallup Strengths-based culture. Create
and lead a DEI Committee and implement strategies and learning
opportunities tied to the Employer of Choice goal.Collaborate with
the Learning and Development team to develop and facilitate
required annual training, leadership training, and other
development opportunities as it pertains to culture and
engagement.Lead the development of succession planning and
mentorship opportunities and implementation of those plans. -Focus
on creation of a culture of Well-Being for employees to include the
areas of career, social, financial, physical, and community
well-being.Emphasize the importance of mental health through
enhanced communications relating to our EAP, learning opportunities
for employees, and training for our leadership teams.Manage
internal recognition and award program. -Participate in the
employee relations and investigation process as needed to
facilitate culture discussions.Monitor and assess the impact of all
programs using data and consistent reporting to the leadership

focus. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time,
exempt level position. Typical days and hours of work are Monday
through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Evening and weekend work is
required, based on business need. TravelTravel is required up to
20% of the time. Travel can be expected during the business day,
out-of-area, and overnight. Required Experience - - Experience in
the diagnosing, designing, developing, implementing and evaluating
of enterprise-wide strategic culture and engagement strategies,
solutions and interventions. - Proven ability to facilitate change
in a complex environment. - Subject matter expert in culture and
engagement. - Successful track record of effectively managing
complex internal relationships. Required Education - Minimum of
bachelor's degree Human Resources or other related area preferred.
- Master's Degree preferred. - HRCI or SHRM professional
certification preferred. Certification required within 12 months of
hire. - Gallup Strengths Coaching Certification preferred.
Certification required within 12 months of hire. Additional
