Job Description:
Northwest Behavioral Associates' (NBA) Program Managers must be
Board Certified Behavior Analysts in good standing. Program
Managers should be a Licensed Behavior Analyst in Washington; NBA
will facilitate licensure for BCBAs re-locating to the state and
will assist credentialing maintenance. NBA Program Managers should
have experience directly applying the science of behavior analysis
with children, youth, and young adults with disabilities, including
direct intervention and individualized program development. It is
important that applicants have experience training and supervising
Behavior Technicians and working collaboratively with related
service providers, school personnel, and the families of the
learners with whom they work.
