The ideal candidate will be willing to work PST hours.Responsibilities:

• Manages medium size projects pertaining to the development and implementation of the Client's Enterprise, General Business and / or Field Office product or general business programs
• Interaction with internal stakeholders including customer facing teams and internal development and implementation teams
• Supporting 3rd party vendor relationships to ensure that the Client's project business requirements are met
• PMs the FYRO project based on developed workstreams, and owners identified
• Tracks tasks and actions related to FYRO process, follows up with each owner for status updates and maintains a RAID log
• Supports Employee Data Management process part of FYRO: Might, regularly, run exports from ISP, integrates inputs captured from HR stakeholders, then prepares ISP upload file. Also covers reporting on EDM completion and other stats
• Support ongoing FYRO related meetings through help developing content (i.e. PPT), help structure meeting cadence, capturing questions / asks for help
• Provides support in facilitating meetings focused on developing process maps and capture process stepsRequirements:
  • 3+ years of stakeholder management experience
  • 3+ years of project / program management experience
  • 3+ years of exemplary communication skills
  • Previous experience with sales group or market groups, Project management in previous roles
  • Good at excel
  • Meeting deadlines, good quality of work, good interactions - -W2 only, no Corp to Corp.
