• Create lasting relationships with key decision makers and influencers at the corporate level within a customer's organization -
• Sell ChemPoint and our value to Corporate Accounts -
• Create and execute Corporate Account Strategies
• Understand customers supplier and product line strategies -
• Identify customer challenges to help execute broad partnership solutions
• Identify and close large pieces of new business -
• Negotiate corporate pricing and payment terms
• Understand business misalignment and service level failures, identify and help execute broad partnership solutions -DESIRED BACKGROUND AND SKILLS: -
  • -Bachelor's degree from fully accredited four-year institution or equivalent work experience required; degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry preferred
  • -5 - 8 years of experience in business-to-business sales organization, preferably in technical sales or related industry.
  • Broad knowledge and experience with the chemical distribution business.
  • Ability to determine & establish appropriate collaboration and communication points (people, teams, organizational relationships) to achieve team advantages & customer targeted solution.
  • Must be able to travel up to 40% of the time. Travel may vary in frequency and duration.Benefits:
