• Understand business requirements and problems the business are facing that needs to be solved.
• Translate business requirements into user scenarios and prepare a product specification document with details of all user scenarios.
• Plan roadmap for semester, month and sprint level deliverables.
• Collaborate and run cross-team product efforts for the program.
• Document features to meet each user scenarios.
• Prepare product mockup screens for the features and share the completed document with the engineering head.
• Get a sign off from engineering head on the specification document.
• Drive daily standup calls for the program.
• Define sprint deliverables and report progress to leadership.
• Participate in weekly calls to present updates on the program.
• Plan product roadmap for each semester.
• Support leadership team to share progress of the program within the organization.
• Office hours call for with customers to keep them updated on the progress and review the status of the program.Skills:
  • 8+ years of IT experience with at least 4-5 years of experience in Program management.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Scrum methodology.
