What You Will Be Doing

As a Sr. Program Manager you will develop and lead large, complex programs and practices that accelerate business growth, drive efficiencies and create alignment across our organization and in partnership with teams across Albertsons. You will partner closely with Sales & Account Management, Media Activation, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Product and Talent teams leading critical initiatives to enable success of our new business. This is your opportunity to collaborate with an incredible group of people and help shape the Business Portfolio Management team of a rapidly growing organization.

  What We Are Searching For
  
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience managing enterprise-wide programs
  • Proven expertise in planning, organizing and managing of complex projects that support strategic priorities
  • Proven expertise to influence people and process, facilitate key stakeholder engagements and drive consensus across all levels
  • Passion for driving standardization of best practices, problem solving and decision making
  • Experience with developing and delivering reports and presentations to various audiences, including project team, C-Suite, senior leadership and key stakeholders
