Job Description:

Smartsheet is looking for a Customer Campaign Manager, Customer Success -to influence and deliver new user onboarding initiatives and programs at scale. Through a combination of 1:many webinars, tech touch motions and other creative avenues you will have the exciting opportunity to help drive meaningful impact for users at the very beginning of their Smartsheet journey. - You will work closely with the Customer Success team, and your role is to develop, execute, and report on Scale Offerings which you will deliver through the CSM responsible for the account. -You'll execute this work though Gainsight or other platforms and will partner with Smartsheet professional services, product, marketing, sales and operations. You have experience operating in a SaaS B2B company working with Customer / Post-sales teams and are at ease in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
This important role will report to the Manager of Customer Success Onboarding & New Creation Experiences and will be based at one of our offices or in the field.
You Will:


  • Be responsible for the development, delivery, and reporting on new scale initiatives that drive adoption of Smartsheet for thousands of new daily users
  • Analyze adoption trends and determine the 1:many motions needed to support these users across your designated area of focus in alignment with our Offerings
  • Partner with key stakeholders in Marketing, Product and others to create and present Webinars which drive high levels of usage in your assigned segment
  • Execute many of your programs through Gainsight
  • Ensure alignment to best practices in design and execution in order to support a land, adopt and expand motion

    You Have:

    • Experience working in a fast-paced, high growth software company on a post sale team, preferably 4+ years of customer-facing experience, working cross-functionally and managing customer transformation programs
    • Experience and success partnering across departments
    • Passion for analyzing complex problems, developing recommended solutions, and executing on your initiatives
    • Strategic, Quantitative, and Operational mix and approach with strong project management skills
    • Passion for working with leading edge, web-based technologies and a desire to deeply understand Smartsheet's benefits, use cases, and business and technical elements
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
    • Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate complex information broadly to an audience of varying skill levels
