LOCATION
This position is located in Bellevue, Washington, under a hybrid work model. Local candidates only, please.
WHO YOU ARE
You are a Manager of Development Operations, experienced in building systems to support development environments and supporting live customer facing SaaS environments.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
You will manage a team of engineers building and maintaining our premier SaaS product. You will guide and develop your team members as well as architect a robust, secure, and performant infrastructure.
Critical functions of this role include developing and managing cloud infrastructure, building vendor relationships, overseeing security audits, and defining organizational standards, processes and operational procedures for support and maintenance. In addition, you will:

  • Manage our Dev Ops team overseeing production and test environments.
  • Drive security and compliance audits, analyze outcomes implementing solutions to close identified gaps.
  • Preserve assets, information security and control structures.
  • Plan/build/run cloud infrastructure projects, dev-ops, administration and monitoring.
  • Establish and maintain all infrastructure controls, policies and procedures with a focus on compliance with international laws and regulations.
  • Perform automated cloud deployments for business applications, monitoring and alerts, review application logs, and completion of scheduled jobs and backups.
  • Perform periodic performance reporting to conduct and implement capacity planning.
  • Define and implement support procedures for critical business applications.
  • Identify opportunities for team training and skills advancement.
  • Run and share regular operational system reports with senior staff.
  • Assist in building relationships with vendors and creating cost-efficient contracts.
    WHAT WE REQUIRE
    • 3+ years of Cloud infrastructure management (IaaS or SaaS) experience. AWS is preferred.
    • 3+ years of experience with Dev Ops automation tools to implement CI/CD.
    • 2+ years of management experience
    • Expertise in data center management and data governance
    • Hands-on experience with computer networks, administration and network installation.
      PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
      • Agile or similar training is preferred but not required.
      • Experience with telemetry, system metrics, monitoring, and alerting solutions.
      • Unix experience.
        EDUCATION
        • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
