The Bing Search Experiences team, within Microsoft WebXT, is seeking a people and product leader to bring their experience and passion of UX and Customer Experience to deliver elegant whole page search experiences - worldwide. User experience (UX) is at the forefront of how we create intuitive, innovative, and elegant products that people love. We strive to learn and understand our customers' needs, behaviors, and emotions via rigorous data analysis, experimentation and customer connections that inform and deliver our product strategy. This PM leader will own whole page UX - the main search experience that any user consumes daily, multiple times. This role requires a track record of product delivery focused on UX, managing a team, along with a background of strong collaboration with designers, user researchers, engineers, product marketing and cross team/org stakeholders.
