Founded in 2017 by top executives and engineers from Microsoft, SeekOut has raised $189 million in funding, is backed by Tiger Global Management, Madrona Venture Group, Mayfield, and Founders Circle Capital and was valued at $1.2 billion in its recent Series C round.Your ImpactThe Director, Partner and Alliances will own the ongoing strategy development and elevate our partner program to a new level across Tech Partnerships, Channels & Resellers, as well as Systems Integrators. SeekOut is growing rapidly and we are looking for an exceptional individual who understands the channel business, and also understands how to grow and manage the three different elements of partner business development. Recruiting and enabling partners is a large part of the position, as is the ability to drive marketing and sales activities with your partners to increase brand awareness and SeekOut product adoption. What You'll Do

• Continue to mature our tech partnerships across our Talent Acquisition and Talent Management business.
• Drive the design and implementation of reseller partner programs or initiatives SeekOut needs to implement to achieve our key results.
• Establish a strong ecosystem of systems integrators and Global Sis across the Talent Management business of SeekOut
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure the planning and execution of program launches and ongoing operations of programs are running as expected.
• Establish key results to measure the success of tech partnership & reseller programs.
• Collaborate cross functionally with marketing, sales, product to ensure the successful engagement of partners in our Talent Acquisition and Talent Management business. What You Bring
  • 7+ years of experience recruiting, managing and developing partners in the enterprise software industry, ideally in a SaaS context for both mid-size partners as well as large system integrators
  • HR Tech experience is a plus.
  • Territory management and development experience
  • Strong team-oriented interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interface with a wide variety of people and roles. Ability to build and coach territory team over time.
  • Technically savvy, good problem solving and analytical skills and strong attention to detail. Not afraid to deep-dive into operational day-to-day.
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities, multitask and work independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to communicate concisely.
