SeekOut is seeking a Sr. Content Marketing Manager with a proven track record for driving demand generation and amplifying share-of-voice by creating and distributing content online to accelerate buyer and user engagements and enable revenue growth at scale. This person will report to the Sr. Director of Product and Content Marketing and will be a champion co-creator for SeekOut's content strategy overall, an early contributor to the emerging function within marketing, and a rockstar owner for execution and delivery across all aspects of the content marketing lifecycle. They will be responsible for creating content of various types, often as a primary author and also as an author-in-collaboration with other peers and SMEs both internal and external. They will partner closely with Product Marketing, Campaigns, Demand Generation, Product, Sales, and Customer Success, find where and which kinds of content fit across buyer/user journeys and devising how we measure impact and refine tactics and strategy ongoing.
Our Opportunity
You will be a part of SeekOuts Content Marketing Team and will work closely with clients, product marketing, product management, cross-marketing, development and sales to craft and launch market-facing materials that bring our brand and product messaging to life, that nurture and qualify new and expanded business opportunities, and that drive ever-increasing awareness, adoption, and retention. Marketing is responsible for partnering closely with sales to deliver growth targets that support new business and expansion revenue, so our Content Marketing team is critical to our presence in the market and our success generating that demand. This role is responsible for helping develop and deliver the content marketing strategy, inclusive of all assets supporting our buyers' and users' journeys, to enable us to deliver integrated campaigns, generate pipeline, and support customer growth and expansion. The ideal candidate operates with a growth mindset, a data-informed approach, strong collaboration skills, customer focused, and a relentless drive to deliver results.
About The Role

  • Lead or strongly contribute to content strategies supporting SeekOut's overall go-to-market strategies, supporting both new business and customer expansion for our existing and new products.
  • Develop and disseminate content supporting every stage of our buyer journey (growing and expanding the business) and our user journey (helping drive adoption, success, and retention) - including our website, marketing materials, white papers, blogs, case studies, webinars, eBooks, social media content, etc.
  • Adapt content across a variety of formats and a variety of channels, amplifying our brand and market presence, engaging and driving consumptions, and measuring and refining tactics.
  • Conduct market and customer research to understand where customer success rests and why, and then bring those stories to life, through assets that advocate for our customers in their best possible ways.
  • Research and analyze our competitors' content - everything from their websites, to their marketing materials, to their pitches and presentations. Clearly and concisely document and communicate your findings throughout the company to help us understand how our competitors are attracting attention and engaging our targets.
  • Communicate the value proposition of our Talent Acquisition platform and new features to all field facing teams and marketing functions. Youll develop collateral, content, and assets required to support sales and customer success teams, including sales decks, feature overviews, product videos, training materials, case studies, etc.
    What We Are Looking For
    • 5-7+ years of experience as a content marketer, product marketer, and/or campaign manager (or related field) in the B2B technology industry.
    • Experience defining helping to define a content strategy for both new and existing products or offerings.
    • Proficient understanding of SaaS technology, vernacular and landscape.
    • Exceptional ability to drive key business objectives with data-driven, fact-based insights that lead to well-informed strategic plans, quick decision making and impactful outcomes.
    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills and a track record for delivering clear and compelling customer-facing materials in a technology sector.
    • Experience in HR/Recruiting tech preferred
