Job Description:

This role is responsible for providing strategic planning support by organizing, directing and assisting in the implementation of programs to drive growth, revenue and customer experience objectives. This role will manage and create performance management processes and programs across highly cross-functional teams including SVPs, VPs, and Directors that support the Consumer Line of Business (LoB) within Acquisition. In serving as a critical liaison and collaborator to enterprise-wide teams, this role will enhance operational efficiencies through program support including data collection, analysis, problem and solutions identification, root cause remediation, communications, and executive presentations. This role also requires a disciplined project manager that thinks a few steps ahead to engage highly cross-functional teams to achieve goals. At least 18 years of ageLegally authorized to work in the United StatesHigh School Diploma or GEDT-Mobile requires all employees in this position to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 prior to starting work, unless precluded from doing so by applicable law.
