We are looking for a smart, enthusiastic, and creative leader with a history of strategic and tactical execution. This person will lead a team of talented professionals that will drive Packet Core & Policy expansion in T-Mobile Network. We operate in a very fast-paced agile environment with quick decisions. This role provides a unique opportunity to drive Technology direction for T-Mobile USA.This position is based in Bellevue WAJob Responsibilities:

  • Technical Expertise: Background in 3G/4G/5G End to End wireless communications systems, design concepts, protocols, and infrastructures as well as IP and cloud, with deep understanding of how new technologies and services my impact network elements and performance.
  • Understand on how projects align to broader organizational goals and business benefit. Can explain business benefit of projects to the team and contribute to realization of the product/service.
  • Help in planning quality verification timeline to ensure T-Mobile requirements are adequately met and engage to resolve any development gaps through validation process. Drive vendors for timely delivery of SW/HW and system features per T-Mobile requirements.
  • Ensure documentation is accurate for features and functionalities of the software applications prior to a successful lab testing and FOA.
  • Experience delivering executive presentations and briefings.
  • Requires competency in customer focus, change & innovation, strategic thinking, relationship building & influencing, talent management, results focus and inspirational leadership.
