Get started!REQUISITION SUMMARYThe PACCAR Powertrain team is looking for an Accounting Manager to manage the forecast, budget and analytical activities for warranty and Powertrain programs, including Engine and Electrification. This position manages one direct report general accountant.This person will coordinate with multiple entities to consolidate forecasts and provide analytics and warranty support for the PACCAR Powertrain organization. Some local and international travel may be required.JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES -This person will be responsible for financial analysis and data analytics;

• Coordinate across multiple entities to prepare the consolidated Global Electrification R&D forecast.
• Prepare the annual budget presentation for R&D programs.
• Prepare Global Engine and Electrification reporting and analysis.
• Prepare Warranty, Powertrain and Electrification Executive Steering Committee review materials.
• Coordinate and review department forecasting for the Powertrain organization.
• Mentor and develop staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
• Support local tax, audit and compliance reporting requirements.
• Participate in Internal Control reviews.
• Special projects and ad hoc reports as assigned. SKILLS
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities

  • Analytics and database structure experience including Power Query, Power BI and Tableau
  • Ability to influence and work with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Must be a self-starter, able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent analytical and technical accounting skills
  • Strong Microsoft office skills - Excel, Word & PowerPoint
  • Understanding of U.S. GAAP and Internal Controls REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS -
    • BS/BA Accounting Degree
    • Minimum three years of work experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS -

The salary range for Accounting Manager -is $89,900 - $140,600 annually. Additionally, this role is eligible for the full range of benefit options listed above.
