raving. ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Revenue Director of Trophy
Cupcakes and Party, the Caf-- Assistant Manager will have the
following responsibilities: -
Unite caf-- through sales and service
(goal inclusive)Train, coach, and uphold all Trophy standardsWork
cross-functionally to create, enhance, and implement the Cafe
processes by proactively identifying opportunities for optimization
and collaboration. -Lead by example and embody the mission, vision,
and values of TrophyConsistently and proactively look for
innovative ways to drive revenue and create an exceptional customer
experience. Execute plans, drive company goals and innovation, and
communicate with intention up, down, and sideways Manage with
accountability and consistently leverage the strengths of your

Passion for cupcakes, pastries &
coffee with three years of similar work experienceWine knowledge,
especially sparkling wine and Champagne is a bonusThe confidence to
lead and motivate a teamUnique ability to coach your team while
maintaining caf-- morale Drive to develop themselves and
othersExperience delivering exceptional customer service in a
fast-paced environmentExcellent organization and attention to
detail Superior communication skillsAbility to build relationships
and embrace changeProficiency in Microsoft Office products,
including Outlook with an emphasis on ExcelAbility to make
