The Vice President of Product Management will lead the product function for Wizards of the Coast. As the product steward, you will set a compelling vision to guide multidisciplinary teams towards a common goal. Your vision will demonstrate thinking big and scaling around the globe. Primary responsibilities include developing and maintaining product strategy and roadmap, driving solutions from idea to launch, being accountable for product success, and actively partnering and collaborating with parts of the organization to deliver on product success metrics.
What You'll Do:

• Shape and deliver the long-term strategy and vision to develop strategic assets through innovation, creativity and technology. Partner with game makers, creative leaders, software engineers and other team members to ensure our company meets emerging customer needs and delivers on its business potential.
  
• Assess and define the opportunity and product strategy for our business (including physical and digital, first and third party generated product), driving a multi-year roadmap that is clear and coherent to grow and scale while grounded in the needs of our fans.
  
• Build the product value propositions across the company, including building the strategic external and internal communications needed to drive this value.
  
• Set success criteria for your business and establish the mechanisms for capturing vital data. Be data-driven, and ensure we adapt quickly in relation to new and emerging data.
  
• Meet success criteria through establishment of, and execution against, product features and value offerings.
  
• Lead a successful team who rally around a unified vision for the product, make data-driven decisions that delight our fans, and act as owners of the business and brands.
  
• Lead and partner with cross-functional teams across a wide portfolio of product initiatives
  
• Inspire innovation that results in product transformation, drives improvements and addresses gaps and opportunities across product experiences.
  
• Develop and grow leadership talent through effective mentoring, coaching, succession planning, and retention strategies for key talent in a fast growth, highly competitive economic environment.
  
  What You'll Bring:
  
  • 
    
  • 10+ years experience in digital product management or relevant experience.
    
  • 7+ years leading teams or product management.
    
  • Highly analytical leader who brings a personal proficiency with data and analytics and leads a data-driven team and function.
    
  • Inspirational leadership and people management with a consistent track record of encouraging and developing others.
    
  • A strong agent for change, accustomed to accountability and driving improvement within teams, with examples to share outlining contributions to growing businesses and teams.
