Local candidates only, please.WHO YOU AREAs an experienced Director of Finance, you seek to lead a worldwide financial planning and analysis team in a role that is critical to Seagull's continued growth and development. -You excel at driving business insights and continuous improvement, possess a quantitative, data-driven mindset, and have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. -WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Build and lead a best-in-class, high-performing worldwide FP&A function, including managing and enhancing systems capabilities and team resources.
  • Develop and maintain the highest quality business partnering activities with all business groups in the Company.
  • Collaborate with executives, providing analytical rigor and financial insight in the evaluation and execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Serve as a strategic partner, providing financial expertise and guidance on how to evaluate multiple investment opportunities to drive sustained revenue growth. -Operate at multiple altitudes - with in-depth knowledge of the subject matter, models, and key drivers - while also able to tell the story of our financial results.
  • Create internal and external executive reporting documents, including board, close, and other management presentations.
  • Create and maintain financial models, including forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning.
  • Analyze monthly results and/or trending data to refine the accuracy of projections, including risk and opportunity assessments, and support monthly accrual estimates.
  • Refine data systems and tools to track performance, provide reporting solutions, and enhance operational insights.
  • Develop KPIs to drive business performance and track growth initiatives.
  • Partner with other Finance areas to support month-end close, analytical review processes, and financial reporting. -WHAT WE REQUIRE
    • 10+ years' experience with FP&A activities.
    • Extensive experience working in private equity structures with SaaS recurring revenue and international operations.
    • Superior leadership and people management experience with proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, facilitating best-in-class business partnering with all business functions.
    • Strong analytical, forecasting, and financial modeling capabilities.
    • Demonstrated excellence in business analytics and tools. You have advanced Excel skills, and experience navigating through systems enhancements with financial planning tools.
    • Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple work streams and deadlines, balance competing priorities and communicate effectively.
    • Growth mindset with a curiosity to learn new skills and readily tackle complex new assignments.
    • Passion for serving the business and earning business partners' trust.
    • Skilled at meeting tight deadlines and prioritizing key objectives while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and organization.
    • Demonstrated ability to dive deep into ambiguous challenges and deliver actionable insight.
    • Strong work ethic based on a desire to consistently exceed internal customers' expectations.
    • Ability to effectively collaborate with other members of the Finance team and other cross-functional contributors and stakeholders.
    • Proactive communication of observed issues, uncertainties, and irregularities and sound judgment in evaluating such circumstances.EDUCATION
      • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting required. Master's degree preferred.COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
        • Compensation for this full-time job is an annual base salary between $125,235 - $182,735 with bonus potential. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be---influenced by a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, or location.
