Founded in February 2021, Statsig was started by a group of ex-Facebook engineers and data scientists passionate about bringing the power of Facebook's internal suite of experimentation and launch tools to builders everywhere. Located in Bellevue, Washington, we currently have 50+ employees across various disciplines. We're a Series B company backed by Sequoia Capital and Madrona Venture Labs (See Article) . Companies like Figma, Notion, Brex, and Flipkart use Statsig to manage their feature launches and run experiments in order to iteratively build their way to the best possible product solution. The product we offer today is a faithful replica of the growth infrastructure utilized inside Facebook that allowed it to grow to more than 2 billion users ( Why we started Statsig ). Our core product is centered around smart feature flags and product experimentation (A/B Testing) but we're expanding our product suite towards a larger concept of Product Observability. Our long-term vision is to create a word where teams only need one tool for all their data needs. *This role is based in-person at the Bellevue, Washington office. Statsig's product team is looking for an experienced Product Manager who's passionate about building tools and technology to shape the future of experimentation. In this high impact role, you will be owning a part of our core Statsig Console product. Your responsibilities - Develop a strong understanding for the breadth of our product suite , understand the use case and biggest priorities/gaps for each product line Own a product area, aligning closely with your development partners (Engineering, Design, Data) as well as your business partners (Sales, Marketing, Revenue Ops) Start building relationships with our customers by answering their questions or recommending best experimentation practices Contribute to the product vision for Statsig , generating ideas for 10x growth Help us define our product culture , suggesting ways to improve our processes, culture, and organizational structure Within your first month - Ship your first feature , owning the entire process from scoping to execution to delivering the exciting launch update to customers directly Evolve our product roadmap , based on our product goals and direct customer feedback you'll hear from calls or our vibrant Slack community Publish a blog or make updates to our docs , to ensure we're providing our users with the most relevant and useful content Ideal Candidate - 5+ years as a product manager A self starter who is able to navigate ambiguity and execute in a startup environment Likes to move quickly and iterate constantly, whether it be defining a roadmap or managing launches Able to articulate the high level vision for our product, as well as get technical and be able to drill into details on owned areas Drive execution with Engineering, Design, and Data Science, ensuring that everyone is working towards the same goals and impact Strong analytical skills and fluency in data analysis, experience defining and measuring product metrics Excited to deliver huge impact for our customers and 10x their product growth Curious, humble, and collaborative - help others growth and learn with you!
