As a vital member of our Northwest Aviation team, you'll have the
chance to work on challenging projects in the Northwest and beyond,
where we'll depend on your expertise, intuition, and leadership
with planning, directing, and monitoring all aspects of airfield
Rehabilitation/Improvement projects. You'll grow professionally

high degree of technical complexity from the concept stage through
detailed design and construction services. You'll be leading a
multidiscipline design team to complete tasks within established
schedules and budgets, oversee construction activities and help
advance our business development strategies. We want you to be

Typical salary range for this position is $95,000 to $140,000 and
is commensurate with experience relative to the position. For
"remote" positions, salary to be offered is geographic
dependent.
Here's What You'll Need:
--- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
--- Washington State Professional Engineer License (P.E.) or
ability to get within 6 months (reciprocity)
--- Demonstrated experience working on successful airfield projects
with public agencies
--- Ability/Experience to act as Resident Project Representative
during construction phase of projects
--- At least 5 years of progressive experience as a design
engineer, design manager, or resident construction project
representative in the airfield design industry.
--- Ability to demonstrate Project Leadership experience
--- Working knowledge of FAA design guidelines and requirements
Ideally, you'll also have:
--- Experience with multi-discipline infrastructure engineering
design and construction projects with an emphasis on airfield
development and rehabilitation projects
--- Previous work experience delivering projects under FAA AIP
program requirements
--- Previous work experience with navigating permitting agencies
and requirements
