Position Summary...

What you'll do...

The Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) team builds products that provide a white glove service to our marketplace partners. These products allow our sellers to simply send their inventory to our fulfillment centers for storage and preparation for shipment when an order is placed.

We are looking for Senior Product Manager to help us build and scale the WFS international shipping business. In this role you will define end to end seller and shipper payment experience within the international shipping space, develop the product roadmap, and implement payment solutions which are easy to use and local market regulatory compliant. In this role you will collaborate with the Engineering, UX Design, Operations, and Analytics teams, leveraging technology to make shipping internationally as easy, seamless, and reliable as possible.

This Senior Product Manager will need to be skilled at engaging and communicating with senior executives across multiple domains, as well as engaging at a detailed level across the product management and engineering, strategy, merchant technology, retail merchandising, supply chain & analytics teams.

  You'll make an impact by...
  
  • Creating product strategy - Develop roadmap for key initiatives and advocate for features that allow sellers to optimize their assortment, availability, and post purchase functions effectively on Walmart.com.
  • Driving end to end ownership - Manage applicable system solutions for new features and ensure end to end ownership of solutions by working with relevant cross-functional groups including Data science and engineering teams.
  • Leading product initiatives - Ensure critical business issues and core product strategies are addressed in product decisions; drive process changes based on feedback; drive resource allocation decisions; and set the standard for Product Manager deliverables.
  • Working cross-functionally and across multiple locations - Communication, collaboration, and organization are key to your success. Work with cross-functional teams to translate the product strategy into a product roadmap and engineering sprints.
  • Building - Take features from ideation / exploration with customers to full launch and rollout, including marketing plan and field enablement.
  • Moving fast - Work in an agile and iterative team environment.

    • Certified Customs Specialist
    • US Customs Licensed Broker
    • 3-5 years' experience in product development, supply chain management, transportation, or related filed.

      The annual salary range for this position is $144,000.00-$216,000.00
      
      Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
      
      Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
      
      - Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
      
      - Stock equity incentives
