Together, we won't stop!The Wholesale business unit is responsible for leveraging T-Mobile's network for MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operators), IoT (Internet of Things), and M2M (Machine to Machine) Partners to increase net contribution to T-Mobile. The Sr Commercial Marketing Manager is responsible for developing Digital Marketing and Event strategies which promote T-Mobile Wholesale growth and brand awareness. This position identifies and defines the Marketing vision and messaging for T-Mobile Wholesale in alignment with overarching business objectives. This role is responsible for developing strategies and business cases for all services and product innovations and current product optimization, factoring in market dynamics, competitive actions, etc. The Sr Commercial Marketing Manager will work with multiple internal and external groups such as Strategy, Business Development Product, Engineering, Program Management and Operations to define and execute strategic vision. Lead the discovery phase for new opportunities and present recommendations to senior leadership. This is a great opportunity for a creative and innovative professional to identify new solutions and carry out projects in a large supported environment.RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and implement T-Mobile Wholesale strategies to continuously improve the customer experience and drive brand awareness, and revenue growth.Lead Digital Marketing functions including public-facing website and social media accounts to ensure the Wholesale marketing messaging is consistently delivered. -Drive Event strategy and ensure on-time and quality event execution.Drive strategy and high-level business rationale - market/product/brand fit, etc. and own T-Mobile Wholesale -Marketing roadmap.Define target, value prop and reason to believe requirements - lead creation of and prioritizing use cases to deliver on strategy.Develop strategy using data analytics and customer/business insights to clearly articulate the market opportunities and provide recommendations to senior leadership on path forward.Collaborate closely with product and GTM teams to drive successful product launches and revenue enhancements.Handle multiple priorities in a fast paced and changing environment.Manage business performance including tracking of results, preparing contingencies and developing iterations of the plan in a driven environment.May lead/mentor less experienced peers.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in business or related field, plus 2 years of related work experience. Advanced degree preferredMarketing experience in one or more of the following categories: software/hardware, web, telecommunications, consumer electronics, or consumer packaged goodsDriving strategy cross functionallyAnalyzing customer, business and industry data to drive business performanceStrong understanding of voice and data services and productsAbility to lead planning cycle in fast paced and highly driven industry with collaborative approachStrong communications skills by presentation, written and verbal methodsExperience in defining and leading marketing strategiesKnowledge of financial drivers, experience in managing return on investment objectives, ability to develop high level financial models and review quarterly forecasts and budgetsAbility to influence, lead and coach cross functional teams and champion new concepts and ideasExperience in copy writing, UX design, graphic design, video editing, social media, and events planning preferred.At least 18 years of ageLegally authorized to work in the United States#LI-CorporateWashington Pay Range : $135,300.00 - $183,100.00The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance, while Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives.
