marketing.T-Ads is looking for an experienced product manager that
will be responsible for managing news and media products in a
fast-paced and dynamic environment. Ideal candidates will have
experience managing mobile consumer apps or ad-tech products and
working in cross-functional teams to deliver new features and
experiences on the product roadmap.This role is also directly
accountable for developing strong and productive relationships
outside your direct teams with Sales and BD teams, partner
organizations, dependent technology teams, and supporting
vendors.Job Responsibilities:
- Manage a complex, widely used, highly visible, consumer mobile
news and media product end-to-end. This includes creating,
managing, maintaining, and communicating product plans, business
cases and roadmaps including technical vision, capabilities, and
requirements.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and business Leadership to
understand and execute strategy, identify, and capture product
opportunities, prioritize features, establish project timelines,
ensure successful product delivery, and meet revenue goals.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams in a large
organization as well as outside vendors to continuously deliver new
product features, improvements, and updates.
- Communicate, influence, and sell ideas to Leadership. This
includes regularly delivering product presentations and data-driven
findings.
- Monitor key product metrics and performance indicators, conduct
A/B tests, and iterate on features to optimize user
experiences.
- Recognize and communicate technical challenges to stakeholders
and make educated trade-off decisions with teams, vendors and
stakeholders concerning prioritization and timelines.
- Conduct market research, gather user feedback, and analyze data
to identify opportunities for product innovation and
improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and
emerging technologies to drive product innovation.Education:
- Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Engineering, IT or
equivalent experience. (Required)Work Experience: - 7+ years of
relevant Product Management experience in an agile software product
development environment. Advanced level understanding of customer
experience.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong understanding of product management methodologies,
including market research, ideation, user testing, and agile
development.
- Strong technical writing skills including the ability to write
concisely and clearly for different audiences. (Required)
- Agile Project Management Experience with Agile backlog/project
management tools. (Required)
- Deep technical understanding of mobile app technologies and
platforms as well as online and mobile advertising
technologies.
- Experience with the Android app platform is required.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively
collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret
data to inform product decisions.
- Passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
- Experience in delivering large and complex business/technology
initiatives as Product Manager or lead technology role.
- Proven ability to effectively and efficiently communicate with
Leadership, while employing a high degree of collaboration and
influence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability
to present complex technical information in a clear and concise
manner to a variety of audiences including executives and
non-technical leaders.
- Strong business and product analytical skills with demonstrated
ability to identify/analyze/synthesize product use data and use the
data to drive decisions.Licenses and Certifications:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Scrum Product Owner Certification
(CSPO) (Preferred)
- Other Technical Certification Agile Certified Practitioner

$236,200Corporate Bonus Target: 20%The pay range above is the
general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The
successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors,
such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the
actual starting pay will vary within this range.At T-Mobile,
employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an
annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their
role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus
based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at
a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses
