Job Overview
The commercial strategy team drives problem solving, conducts
strategic analysis and synthesizes and presents findings to support
corporate marketing initiatives. This senior leader will
independently lead the efforts of a team in conducting high level
creative thinking and strategic visioning. The results of this team
will be radically simplifying and improving T-Mobile's marketing
business plan that drives a world class customer experience.

Base Pay Range: $262,700 - $355,500
Corporate Bonus Target: 50%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful
candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will
be based on various factors, such as qualifications and experience,
so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. Most
Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on
company and/or individual performance and which is set at a
percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior
year.
