Columbia Valley Community Health (_CVCH_) is growing! CVCH is a dynamic, progressive community health center with locations in Wenatchee, East Wenatchee, and Chelan. We have an excellent opportunity for a Revenue Cycle Manager at our Wenatchee location.

The Revenue Cycle Manager is responsible for ensuring the organization is maximizing all fee for service, managed care, and other contracted revenue opportunities. The position is accountable for developing, planning, organizing, implementing, and reporting on current and future strategies for billing patients and third-party insurances, processing payments, minimizing bad debts, improving cash flow and managing the overall health of the organization's patient revenue and accounts receivable.

The Revenue Cycle Manager collaborates with Finance, Population Health Management, and Quality Care departments to provide analysis of managed care and FQHC related revenues; integrates with the State of Washington Health Care Authority, contracted managed care organizations, other FQHC partners, and CCCN.

Position Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree required; in Business Administration, Healthcare or related field preferred.
* Experience: Five years of experience in a supervisory position with background in healthcare patient billing or related field. Experience in FQHC preferred. Consideration may be given for any combination of experience and education.

Pay: $94,598.40 - $178,214.40 per year
