PeaceHealth is seeking RN Home Health Visiting Nurse for Day or Night, Full, Part Time or Per Diem / Relief, and Weekend positions in beautiful BELLINGHAM, WASHINGTON!*\ *\*$5,000 Sign on bonus for eligible candidates!\ *\* *Hourly compensationstarts at $41.49, more DOE*Details of the position*:Responsible for providing direct skilled nursing care and coordination/management of patients admitted to home care/clinic services using considerable judgment and skill in making patient care decisions. Utilizes the professional healthcare process of assessment, problem identification/planning/intervention and clinical/goal outcome evaluation.*What you bring: ** Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
