Dental Hygienist Education, Experience, and Skill Sets:2+ years of Dental Hygienist experienceAny required state specific license or certificationProven capability providing efficient support to patients, doctors, and working collaboratively with a teamExperience utilizing a dental/healthcare practice management system(s), EagleSoft preferredEffectively work in a team-base environment and maintain positive relationships with staff and patientsPassion for educating patients on oral health needsSpend your day:Providing patient education related to oral hygieneReinforcing treatment plan needs for patientParticipating in the dental treatment of patients by performing dental prophylaxis, root planning, sealants placement, application of topical fluorides, examination of teethPreform charting on patient needs; presenting problems, perio and tooth charting and reviewing health history each visitTake x-raysCleaning hygiene room, sterilizing instruments, and preparing hygiene room for patientsAttending office training and meetings as neededAssist other team members as time allowsCOVID-19 Precaution(s):Mask required in all patient care areasCovid vaccine card or exemption required**Please upload a cover letter and resume as a PDF if available**Disclaimer: The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of the work being performed by people assigned to this work.
