Job Description:
Join our team as a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and
make a healing difference in patients' lives.
Provide direct and indirect patient care, ensuring psychosocial,
physical, and communication needs are met under RN supervision.
Maintain compliance with regulatory, hospital policies, and
standards.
Communicate changes in patient conditions to physicians and team
members promptly.
Perform general nursing duties across departments with adequate
supervision.
Earn a $7,500 sign-on bonus, with shift differentials for night and
weekend shifts.

Requirements: graduate of an accredited LPN program, Indiana
licensure, BLS certification, 6+ months experience, effective
