Job Description:
Join our team as an MDS Coordinator, supported by Marquis Health
Consulting Services.
Full-time or part-time position with flexibility to split time
between two facilities in Beverly, MA.
Offer includes a $12,000 sign-on bonus for full-time roles.
Responsibilities include ensuring timely and accurate MDS
assessments, verifying compliance with regulations, supervising
data entry, resolving data issues, preparing reports, supporting
audits, and staying updated on Medicare/Medicaid regulations.
Qualifications include a primary series of COVID-19 vaccine, RN,
BSN, or LPN license, minimum 1 year long-term care experience,
prior MDS experience, and strong clinical and regulatory
knowledge.
