Job Description:
The Senior Nursing Executive for Surgical Services is
responsible for leading and partnering with surgery and anesthesia
leaders to develop and execute the organizational vision, enhance
performance, and improve inter-departmental efficiencies. Requires
a Master--------s degree (or Bachelor--------s in Nursing with a
different Master--------s) and 10+ years of surgical services
leadership, including nursing and physician relations. Must be
licensed as a registered nurse in Pennsylvania. Preferred
qualifications include a Doctoral degree and certifications such as
Nurse Administration, CSSM, CNOR, CPAN, or CASC. The role involves
optimizing operations, implementing best practices, and ensuring
coordinated, high-quality patient care across departments. Offers
