Description The SWR Transfer Center Patient Flow Specialist is responsible for assisting the RN Navigators with facilitation and coordination of requests relating to physician consults, telemedicine requests, and patient transfers between facilities in an efficient, timely, and appropriate manner. Required qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Nursing - Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License Preferred qualifications: - 2 years of CNA/Medical Assistant. - 2 years of Clerical/Healthcare setting.
