Clinic RN - Behavioral Health at Providence Health and Services summary: The Clinic RN - Behavioral Health coordinates and manages comprehensive patient care in both inpatient and outpatient settings, focusing on behavioral health patients within Pacific Medical Centers. This role involves collaboration with physicians and the utilization of case management techniques to ensure effective and cost-efficient healthcare delivery. Description Coordinates care for Pacific Medical Centers' Managed Care patient in order to assure cost effective, appropriate utilization of health care resource. Nurse Case Manager manages, directs, and coordinates the entire spectrum of care for patient throughout a variety of settings, both inpatient and outpatient. This position assists physicians (internal and external) with management and coordination of care. Works at varied clinic and provider locations as needed. Required Qualifications: Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association 5 years clinical experience. 2 years Behavioral Health setting experience.
