Clinic RN - Primary Care at Providence Health and Services
summary: This position is for a Registered Nurse providing primary
and specialty care in an outpatient clinic setting, adhering to
nursing principles and collaborating with healthcare teams. The
role requires licensure in Washington, clinical experience, and
includes responsibilities such as care coordination, teaching, and

nursing care as directed by the Washington State Nurse Practice Act
and Pacific Medical Centers policies, procedures, and protocols;
i.e. provides primary and specialty health care services in
collaboration with other members of the health care team while
integrating the nursing roles of clinical, teaching, consulting,
care coordination/case management, and leadership. Utilizes a
systematic approach to nursing practice, incorporating the
principles of Nursing Process when delivering care. Providence

we must empower them. Required Qualifications: Nursing degree
(Baccalaureate, Associate or Diploma) from an accredited school of
nursing. Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License. Upon hire:
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association. 1 year Recent
RN experience in a patient care setting or clinical commensurate. 2
years Behavioral Health assignments only: In acute or ambulatory
Behavioral Health. Preferred Qualifications: 2 years Recent RN
experience in a patient care setting in area(s) of responsibility.
Recent prior experience in a hospital and out-patient setting.
Recent prior experience with phone triage. 3 years Behavioral
Health assignments only: Progressive experience, including

position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range
for this position will be determined based upon relevant job

pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role,
