Job Description:
Infusion RN at Providence Health and Services summary: The
Infusion RN provides direct nursing services and case management
for infusion therapy patients in various settings including home
and clinics. This role involves collaboration with patients,
caregivers, physicians, and healthcare teams to deliver quality
care and support home care nursing staff. The position requires
nursing licensure, basic life support certification, and experience
in acute care nursing, with preference for home health or infusion
experience. Description The RN Clinician provides direct nursing
services and case management related to infusion therapy for
patients in the home, clinic or an alternate living site. This is
accomplished through collaboration with the patient and/or
caregiver, the physician, other health care providers and the
payer. This position functions as a professional role model by
demonstrating competency in all phases of the nursing process,
collaborating with other health care workers to promote quality
patient care, and acting as a resource for home care nursing staff
for patients with infusion home care needs. Providence caregivers

licensure National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within
30 days of hire Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are
required to comply with all state laws and requirements for
driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver
license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional
information. 1 year of experience in acute care nursing Preferred
