Job Description:
CNA - PACE at Providence Health and Services summary: The CNA -
PACE provides direct care support to elderly participants within a
clinic setting, assisting with mobility, hygiene, and preparation
for medical examinations under nursing supervision. This role
focuses on supporting frail and cognitively impaired older adults
to maintain their health and independence. The position requires
Washington Nursing Assistant Certification and basic life support
certification, with a minimum of one year healthcare experience.
Description Under the direction of the Nursing Services Manager,
provides support services for the medical staff in the Clinic.
Provides care in support of Participant satisfaction and retention.
Assists Participants in such activities as walking, transfers, use
of mobility devices, getting to and from restroom, toileting,
changing incontinence products, and clothing. Responsible for
preparing Participants for medical exam by Clinic MD and RNs.

Assistant Certification License upon hire. National Provider BLS -
American Heart Association within 30 days of hire. 1 year of

position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range
for this position will be determined based upon relevant job
