Registered Nurse (RN) | Pediatric Med/Surg Location: Seattle, WA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,031 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/9/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Pediatrics Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Active compact license or applicable state license Certifications: BLS, PALS Must-Have: Previous charge experience preferred. Floating required at times. Experience with various patient populations including respiratory, GI, neurology, pre/post, and endocrine patients. Charting system experience with EPIC is required. Description: Perm candidates from outside facilities are eligible for a travel contract if they have been separated for at least 3 months. Active compact licenses are honored. Floating to NICU and adult floor may be required. Daily census averages around 12 patients. The unit consists of 18 rooms and 19 beds. Interdisciplinary support includes IV teams, therapy, respiratory services, and pharmacy. Patient demographics include neonates, infants, children, and adolescents. The patient load includes respiratory issues, gastrointestinal disorders, neurology cases, and endocrine conditions. Special skills required include administration of medications, managing patient care equipment, and pediatric dosage calculations. Supervisory references are required for compliance. Candidates should be aware of commuting distance and time if they are local. No additional time off will be accommodated beyond what is requested at the time of submission. Candidates must secure reliable transportation. Compliance with onboarding requirements is essential for timely processing.
