Job Description Job Description Palliative Care - Physician Opportunity Our organization is in search of a skilled physician to provide Per Diem coverage across various locations in the Seattle area, with a focus on delivering compassionate end-of-life care. This position requires a commitment of at least two shifts each month, with no on-call or weekend responsibilities, and offers competitive hourly pay. Physicians will thrive in a collaborative team atmosphere within a well-established healthcare system that features integrated care and shared electronic medical records. We invite an experienced physician to join our team, providing Per Diem support at locations such as Edmonds, First Hill, Issaquah, or Cherry Hill Palliative Care. Per Diem position Availability for a minimum of 2 shifts per month No on-call or weekend obligations Supportive and collaborative team environment Preferred experience in the field Hourly compensation ranging from $141.30 to $158.56 Compensation may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, and extra shift bonuses, as applicable. Additionally, continuing medical education (CME) benefits may be available.
