Description The Quality Improvement Specialist performs functions that support the hospital and medical staff to continually improve patient care, reduces risk, and provide excellent customer service. This position provides support, facilitation, and coordination to support clinical and process improvements throughout the organization. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree, or actively enrolled in Bachelor’s Education Program. Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License 3 years experience within a health care organization. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
