summary: The RN Quality Assurance role supports ongoing clinical
and process improvements to enhance patient care and reduce risks
within a hospital setting. The position requires a nursing license,
healthcare experience, and expertise in quality improvement
methodologies and data analysis. It offers comprehensive benefits

care. Description The Quality Improvement Specialist performs
functions that support the hospital and medical staff to
continually improve patient care, reduces risk, and provide
excellent customer service. This position provides support,
facilitation, and coordination to support clinical and process

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree, or actively enrolled in
Bachelor’s Education Program. Upon hire: Washington Registered
Nurse License 3 years experience within a health care organization.
Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree Experience with process
improvement theories and methods, adult learning principles, and

position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range
for this position will be determined based upon relevant job

pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role,
such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums,
