Summary : Skagit Regional Health is actively seeking a
Palliative Care physician to join our established inpatient
Palliative Care service in Mount Vernon, Washington. At Skagit

professional growth. Highlights : Join an established and
well-supported interdisciplinary inpatient team with two (2)
physicians and one (1) ARNP. Potential opportunity to expand to
provide outpatient services in the future. This position will focus
on performing inpatient palliative care consultations and provide
compassionate care to our patients and family members. Enjoy a
Monday-Friday, daytime schedule with no night or weekend coverage.
Teaching opportunities exist with Medical Students from PNWU and
Residents from our own SRH Residency Programs. Integrated EPIC EMR
platform utilized system-wide throughout the organization.
Qualifications: Graduate from an ACGME accredited Family Medicine
or Internal Medicine residency program. Completion of Palliative
Care fellowship program highly preferred. Must be Board
Eligible/Board Certified. Must have active BLS certification before
starting or within first week of employment. Active Washington
State license or ability to obtain a Washington State license
before starting. The ideal candidate will place a priority on
improving lives through compassionate and innovative healthcare and
focus on building lasting relationships with their patients as well
as strong ties within the community. Compensation and Benefits :
Salary: $313,924 Employment bonus, relocation reimbursement & CME
