Job Description:
Facility in Seattle, WA seeking onsite Neuro Radiology locums
coverage Rates: $420/hr Opportunity Highlights ONSITE Role: This
position requires the provider to work on-site at the hospital in
Seattle, WA. Flexible Commitment: Seeking a minimum of 5 shifts per
month, but the overall coverage needed is flexible. Candidates MUST
be willing to schedule at least a month out. Schedule: Shifts will
cover Day, Swing, Night (e.g., 7 PM - 7 AM), and Weekends, with
exact shift times to be determined (TBD) based on departmental
needs. There is no call required. Specialized Focus: Dedicated role
as a Neuro Pediatric Radiologist. Licensing: An active Washington
(WA) State License is REQUIRED, but the facility is WILLING TO
LICENSE qualified candidates. Quick Credentialing: The estimated
credentialing timeframe is 60 days. Requirements Board
Certification: Board Certification (BC) is REQUIRED. Training:
Fellowship training is mandatory. Specialty: Must be a Pediatric
Neuro Radiologist. Experience: Multiple years of experience are
required. Licensure: Active WA State License is REQUIRED (willing
to license). Certifications: Active DEA and CSR are required.
Vaccination: COVID-19 vaccine is required (Medical/Religious
Exemptions Only). Start Date The start date is flexible, with a
target of February 2, 2026. The contract duration is 26 weeks.
