Cynet Health to find a qualified Labor/Delivery RN in Seattle,

obstetrical patients Description: Position requires a Labor and
Delivery Registered Nurse. Candidates should have experience in
antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and newborn care. Unit
functions as a high-risk perinatal center, focusing on complex,
high-risk pregnancies. Nurses will be expected to manage a patient
ratio of 1:1 for optimal care. The facility performs approximately
150 births each month, providing comprehensive obstetric services.
Key responsibilities include monitoring fetal heart rates,
assisting with labor and delivery, and newborn assessments. Nurses
will participate in care for patients needing an epidural and other
pain management techniques. The role includes patient education
regarding labor, delivery, and postpartum care. Must be familiar
with using electronic health record systems for charting and
documentation. The ability to work collaboratively within an
interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals is essential.
Weekend shifts are required, and floating within the facility is
expected. Candidates must have current certifications in BLS, NRP,
and FHM. The position may require participation in additional
