Location: Greater Seattle Area, WA, 98122 ?????? Join a Leading Hospital System in the Pacific Northwest We’re seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN Hospitalists to join a collaborative, patient-centered team in the beautiful Seattle . This full-time opportunity offers flexible 24-hour shifts , teaching opportunities , and a $20,000 sign-on bonus , all within a supportive, high-acuity clinical environment. Job Description Provide inpatient OB/GYN hospitalist care across two high-volume delivery centers Support labor and delivery teams with both high- and low-risk births Respond to obstetric and gynecologic emergencies (e.g., ectopic pregnancy, torsion, hemorrhage) Manage OB triage, inpatient evaluations, and routine GYN procedures Perform surgical assists for cesarean and gynecologic cases Collaborate with Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialists and 24/7 anesthesia Participate in teaching residents and fellows in OB/GYN and family medicine programs Enjoy a flexible schedule of 6–8 24-hour shifts/month with options for additional shifts Permanent, full-time position (local residency or relocation required) ?? Candidate Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN Active WA medical license or willingness to obtain DEA license required prior to start OB Hospitalist experience preferred ?
