Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to expand our
wellness program. This role involves improving emotional and mental
health outcomes for our employees through innovative therapy
sessions utilizing both traditional and tech-driven approaches. As
part of our holistic health team, you will play a key role in
integrating psychological expertise with our cutting-edge tools to
elevate the wellbeing and productivity of our workforce. Conduct
comprehensive assessments to evaluate emotional, mental, and
behavioral issues. Develop and implement tailored treatment plans
utilizing both traditional therapeutic methods and new
technologies. Facilitate both individual and group therapy
sessions. Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals
to provide a holistic approach to employee wellness. Provide crisis
intervention as needed. Maintain accurate records and documentation
of therapy sessions. Stay updated with the latest technological
advancements in therapy and mental health. Strong interpersonal and
communication skills. Expertise in various therapeutic techniques
and modalities. Ability to handle sensitive information with
discretion. Proficiency in using technology to enhance therapeutic
interventions. Active LMFT licensure - no associates.
