Registered Nurse (RN) | Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit
Location: Seattle, WA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,227 per week
Shift Information: 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Start Date: 4/6/2026 About the Position Job Title: Cardio-thoracic
ICU RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: CVICU Duration: 13
weeks Shift: Night and Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 2
years License: Compact License or state specific license accepted
Certifications: ACLS, BLS Must-Have: Required experience with
vents, IV start, PA lines, travel experience. Proficient with
intra-aortic balloon pumps, Impella, pulmonary artery line/Swan
Ganz monitoring, ventricular assist device, pacemakers, and
post-operative care. Experience with lung and heart transplant
patients preferred. Description: The position involves caring for
post-operative cardiac and thoracic surgery patients. The unit
serves patients with cardiomyopathy requiring mechanical
circulatory support. Additional patient populations include those
with heart failure, heart and lung transplant, and primary
pulmonary hypertension. Staff will be required to float within the
hospital to other ICU units if needed. Weekend coverage is required
unless specified otherwise in the schedule. First-time travelers
are not accepted for this position. Candidates should be familiar
with a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. A commitment to
maintain a high standard of patient care and safety is essential.
