Provides informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers. May lead project teams and/or plan, and supervise assignments of lower level employees.QUALIFICATIONSEDUCATION and EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university and a minimum of 4 to 6 years of related experience and/or training. Employer may require a Master's degree with two to four years of experience, depending on level of scrutiny within the noted position.4-8 years of experience in commercial real estate or other market research roleCERTIFICATES and/or LICENSESNone.COMMUNICATION SKILLSExcellent written and verbal communication skills.
