about? The Account Manager supports sales by presenting company
capabilities, developing proposals, and closing opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS Account Management: 2+ years (Preferred) B2B
experience Excellent time management and organizational skills with
the ability to multitask while prioritizing competing deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Possess strong
organizational and administrative skills with a focus on accuracy
and timeliness A strong understanding and ability to communicate
our core service offerings including, but not limited to video
production, animation, social media content, and graphic design
Knowledge of leading sales practices including identifying new
business opportunities, overcoming client objections, and
implementing various negotiation strategies Desire to continuously
learn about market trends, changes, and opportunities to engage
with assigned accounts for on-going growth RESPONSIBLITIES Develop
and strengthen relationships with assigned accounts to increase
account revenue, including requesting referrals. Investigate and
resolve customer issues and complaints Identify new up-selling and
cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts Consistently
follow-up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction Entering and
managing data within our CRM system (We use HubSpot) CRM report
generation, updates, and work with our consultant to fully maximize
the platform Utilize CRM snippets, templates, and sales strategies
seamlessly to ensure a connected experience for our clients and
accounts Creating cost proposals and budget assumptions for new
projects Prepare Statement of Work (SOW) documents for clients.
Collaborate with Sales team on ABM strategy to secure new business
opportunities Identify areas of opportunities within Hubspot for
increased success, reporting, and Determine new business
opportunities within existing client relationships by evaluating
their changing needs Perform warm outreach, putting outside-the-box
thinking to work to develop new and unique sales tactics Prepare
proposals and SOWs for new project opportunities that are either
coming through the pipeline from existing client relationships,
referrals, and/or new prospects driven by on-going sales strategies
Partner with internal teams and resources for sales support,
including pitch presentations Compose change orders as needed in
collaboration with the producers when a project or client is
exceeding the original scope of work contracted Collaborate with
sales and marketing team to identify new opportunities to grow
business Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow
opportunities Assist with challenging client requests or issue
escalations as needed PREFERRED Experience (not required)
Experience in enterprise sales in the creative space, such as:
Microsoft, Amazon, AWS, Meta, Starbucks, T-Mobile, Ericsson, Nike,
etc. Marketing background to speak to service offerings and
collaborate with clients in the sales process on the best approach
for success with their content Video or digital content experience
