DELI COOK 2 - BELLEVUE

The Deli Cook 2s main responsibilities are:
- Prepare Specialty items for our customers.
- Cook a variety of dishes for the steam table and prepare
special dishes for the kiosk.
- Ensure production of food meets customer demands and will
refill the display cases when needed.
- Responsible for controlling cost of food/inventory, follow
company recipes and suggest new creative and tasteful recipes.
- Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and
back room while following companys safety standards.
- At least one year of experience cooking in commercial kitchen
or equivalent food production.
- Excellent customer service.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge and skills of Japanese/Chinese cooking
- Ability to manage own time to meet production deadlines.
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
