Job Description:

The Deli Cook 2s main responsibilities are:

  • Prepare Specialty items for our customers.
  • Cook a variety of dishes for the steam table and prepare special dishes for the kiosk.
  • Ensure production of food meets customer demands and will refill the display cases when needed.
  • Responsible for controlling cost of food/inventory, follow company recipes and suggest new creative and tasteful recipes.
  • Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and back room while following companys safety standards.


    • At least one year of experience cooking in commercial kitchen or equivalent food production.
    • Excellent customer service.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Excellent knowledge and skills of Japanese/Chinese cooking preferred.
    • Ability to manage own time to meet production deadlines.
    • Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
